Welcome to the Wingmann app (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App"). By using the Wingmann App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Wingmann app are the property of Wingmann or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

3. User Content

If the app allows user-generated content:
• You retain ownership of any content you post.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• If your app includes in-app purchases or subscriptions, charges will be billed to your account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.

5. Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wingmann shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
